Shipping Prices For US Orders only:
Shipping is based on weight, and calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping on Jewelry:
Free Shipping on all Jewelry is available with code: FREESHIP. This is NOT available for items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii and any International Orders. Free Shipping Orders will ship via First Class Mail through the United States Post Office. This process can take as long as 7-10 Business Days from the date it is mailed. USPS First Class Mail does not include a tracking number. If you return an item that was shipped for free, you will receive the price of that item credited back minus the cost of shipping the item to you.
Shipping on Home Decor:
The cost of shipping these items is generally more because of weight. Additional charges may apply and vary depending on how heavy an item is.
Shipping on Monogrammed items:
For all monogrammed items, the order will ship directly from the engraver or artist. Generally, shipping will be a few dollars more depending on the item ordered. Fedex or rush shipping is not available on these items unless you call us. We may be able to make special arrangements if you contact us directly.
Canadian Orders are now shipped via Canadian Priority Mail, which is a base price of $22.95. We can no longer ship first class mail to Canada because of the high-risk of lost packages via this method. If you would like us to ship your order via fedex, please contact us for rates. We are also not responsible for any Customs Fees international customers may incur from their own country.
For all other countries, we cannot process them via the website. However, if you email or call us, we are willing to ship outside the US. Please call 224-655-2603 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to place an international order.
We attempt to ship all orders within 2 business days. If an item is backordered, you will be contacted. If you are ordering a piece of monogrammed jewelry, it will typically ship in 3-5 business days (with the only exception being during the holidays). For any of the personalized gift items from Moon and Lola, the ship time is approximately 2-4weeks. Please call us if you need an item shipped quicker than this. We will try to accommodate all rush orders.
All Artwork typically ships in 4-6 weeks. Again, please contact us for Rush Orders. We can typically rush artwork for a $25 fee.
How do I return an item?
Please email email@example.com to request a Return Authorization Number before sending your item back.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it. Please note: orders with personalized/monogrammed items cannot be cancelled and are not returnable unless there is a mistake in the engraving or embroidery.
Please return items within 30 days of receipt in new and unused condition with the manufacture tag attached. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless Carol and Company made an error in shipping. If you return an item that was shipped for free, you will receive the price of that item credited back minus the cost of shipping the item to you.
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Gifts purchased for the holidays can be returned up till Jan 30th.
