Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Prices Are For Continental US Orders only:

Free Shipping on Jewelry:

Orders ship via first class mail through the United States Post Office. This process can take as long as 7-10 business days from the date it is mailed. USPS first class mail does not include a tracking number. If you return an item that was shipped for free, you will receive the price of that item credited back minus the cost of shipping the item to you.

Shipping on Home Decor:

Shipping is based on weight and calculated at checkout. Additional charges may apply for heavy items.

Shipping on Monogrammed items:

Orders ship directly from the printer. Items are shipped via FedEx. Call 847-527-8880 for a quote

International Orders:

Canadian orders ship via Canadian priority mail, with a base price of $37.43. If shipping costs to your location will be greater than this, we will contact you before shipping the items. If you would like us to ship your order via FedEx, please contact us for a quote. Carol & Company is not responsible for any customs fees international customers may incur from their own country.

Delivery Time:

Orders generally ship within 2 business days. If an item is backordered, you will be notified. Orders placed during the holidays may take a little longer to arrive.

Returns 

How do I return an item?

A Return Authorization number is needed before returning any item. Initiating a return begins on the Carol & Company website. Once you’ve logged into your account, proceed to the ‘My Account’ section, find your order, complete the steps and receive a return authorization number.

Refund/Return Policy: 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund any unworn, unaltered items within 30 days of receipt in new and unused condition with the manufacture tag attached. Orders for personalized or monogrammed items cannot be cancelled and are not returnable unless there is a mistake. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless Carol & Company made an error in shipping.  If you return an item that was shipped for free, you will receive the price of that item credited back less the cost of shipping the item to you.

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective upon receipt will be replaced.

Refunds will be provided after inspection of returned items. 

Extended Holiday Returns:

Gifts purchased for the holidays can be returned until Jan 31st.
