Shipping on home decor is based on weight and calculated at checkout. Additional charges may apply for heavier items.

Canadian orders ship via Canadian Priority Mail. Please call 1-847-527-8880 for your shipping rate. If you would like your order shipped via FedEx, please contact us for a quote.
Most orders ship quickly
Orders generally ship within 2 business days. If an item is backordered, you will be notified. Orders placed during the holidays may take a little longer to arrive.

Returns made clear
A Return Authorization number is required before returning any item. The process starts on the Carol & Company website through your account.
Log into your account
Sign in and go to the “My Account” section to access your order history.
Select the order
Find the order you want to return and complete the required steps online.
Receive authorization
Once submitted, you’ll receive your Return Authorization number to include with your return.
Refund & return policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from Carol & Company, and we want the policy details to be straightforward.
Exchange or refund within 30 days
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund eligible items within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, new, and unused.
- The manufacturer tag must still be attached.
- Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective upon receipt will be replaced.
Extended holiday window
Gifts purchased for the holidays can be returned until January 31.
